Do you have to go to the post office everytime you want to ship an international package that is under 1lb? Or can you just slap the customs form on yourself, and ship it from home?

For international shipments you have to go to the Post Office, regardless of the weight. On domestic shipments of packages over 16oz you also have to go to the post office.
Very irritating!!!!
