Problems at eBay can be reflected in eBud if you're updating data at the "wrong" time. I think you can delete your current auctions, and then click the "Refresh Data" button, and it will fetch all the right stuff.
The Help section of eBud web site is great too. I've sent them a couple of questions and always gotten good responses.

[b]From the eBudy Help Page:
Confirming Data Error?
October 12, 2000: eBay has recently begun rolling out a change to the listings pages. This will break all current versions of eBud. We have a new version: 2.42, which is available now.
Symptoms:
If you're getting the 'uh oh' sound and an error like the following then this is the cause!
Thanks for the replies, but my auctions all ended last night and my problems are with the 100 auctions that have ended in the last 3 weeks that I am trying to manage.
I upgraded to the 2.42 after posting this message, but it did not help the problem and now my invoices and labels are all screwed up, too !
It has basically created duplicate records from really old relisted auctions and given them ending dates of 10/1 and 10/15, which is the last dates I had auctions end.

Capt Banjo,
I'm having the same problem - buyers names wrong, auctions mixed up. I upgraded over the weekend. Let us know if you find anything out. I haven't contacted ebud yet - thought it might clear out when ebay corrected their problems. But that could be never!

My problem has cleared up now. But you are right. Auctions of about 3 weeks ago on my Version 2.41 ebud appeared funny. Where the title description is was replaced by Auction Archive not available. But then it just fixed itself. Odd!! My label printing has been acting funny. Will not maintain its placement.
