Just got the ebay email about the Billpoint promotion of no Visa fees from Oct 23 to Nov. 30. They are trying to take advantage of the Paypal problem. I'm trying to decide whether to register with yet another credit card payment service after the bad feeling I have about Paypal.

Any thoughts?
