Requested a refund from seller, for
an item that was not as descripted. They
did not respond, sent second email letting them
know I would pursue Insurance/fraud. Now seller
is using this Square Trade Service, I have
to sign up with them and explain, Is this
the route to go?

I am too sleepy to deal with this!

I have had several dealings with them, getting old, old negatives removed, and the work pretty well. The difference between you and I is that each party in my cases agreed beforehand what we wanted to do, so it was really simple, and closed in a matter of a week. If they file, they pay so just go with it, there are some very good mediator's on there. Heather

Thanks Heather.

All I need is good people to listen. I wanted
to be reassured this would not be a bad thing
in my interest. I feel just in asking for
a refund, I felt the seller would not
let this happen. Actually, she has not
even responded to my nice, but frank
orgianal email.
