Here I am again asking for help!
This is a gray ada clay Frankoma Fan Dancer, as you can see by the picture she can dance no more, her leg is broken.
My question is can clay be repaired or is this a lost cause. I have not even cleaned her yet because I did not want to get the clay on the leg wet, I do have the foot. Any suggestions?

I would suggest that you either have her professionally repaired (and then remember to mention that if you resell her) or leave her as is (if this item is to be sold). DO NOT attempt to repair her yourself, as this will make it next to impossible to repair her properly. I have no idea what the value of this piece is (I'm not a Frankoma fan, myself), so I don't know whether the cost of professional repair is worth it or not. You should be OK in cleaning her up, even if you get the clay wet in the broken area. Just be sure to clean that area gently, so you don't chip away any more clay or glaze from the edge of the break. One of the reasons I absolutely ADORE pottery is that it's SOOOOO resistant to just about anything you use to clean it (don't put McCoy Tonecraft in the dishwasher, though....). As long as you don't use any abrasives, normal glazes will stand up to just about anything.
Edited to insert legitimate frownie....

Thanks pickersangel
I may just list it as is cleaned of course, that way there will be no doubt to the damage, last month one just like this only complete sold on eBay for just under eight hundred dollars. Thanks for the info.
