20 whole years in the military whooooopeeee My nephew died at the pentagon 9-11 representing fools like yourself, My house burned down on 3-11 lost everything I had, You haven't got a clue sir, take your enlisted pension (I am sure of that)from the mentality that you broadcast, 20 years hmm lets see E-7 probably that was most likely a gift.Sell your little items on Ebay, but when it comes to MY money keep your face out of it someone is liable to knock it off one of these days.You got my 1800.00 bucks smart mouth, Thats a whole 3 months pension.

Really that just shows how much you know and examplifies who is the stupid one here.You can file a small claim in any state that the transaction is sent to. It matters not that paypal is in Nebraska and Ca. The wire transfers have and always were going to Ga. I can in fact file ain small claims court in Georgia. Which means when paypal doesn't show I will in fact win a judgement. I will post it for all to see and on the other hand should I lose I will post as well. Yea right and than try to enforce it. You can seize all the Paypal assets in Ga. (Bit if the Judge can read the law and your user agreement, your going to arbitration in Ca. Ask Stoney)

Coonr does have a point, ocj, if you file in Georgia, you may very well rightfully win, but PayPal won't pay you the judgement and there is no way that you can make them. You would have to get the judgement transfered to CA (or maybe a state of a bank PayPal uses, I'm not sure since I'm not a lawyer). This has already happened to someone on these boards (sued in small claims court, PayPal offered to settle for a lower amount, user didn't want to at that point, user won, PayPal won't give him money).

You will have to file an execution of judgement and it will be upheld in the California courts. If it were true in your case that you can't collect from Paypal then I would guess that they wouldn't be able to collect from me. After all mine wasn't even in a court of law.

Thanks for the info, I am unsure of course how to collect a judgement but from what I understand the transaction was going to my Ga account and I have to file in the Georgia county where the bank is located, I was going to speak to my friend TN States Attorney and just see how to proceed. I am sure I will win the judgement I have 2 sisters that live in Ca so I will just mail the info hopefully and have them file it over there for me. I have no doubt that I can make them release at least the funds. I notified them not to accept payments anymore and when some of my auctions ended I was working a show and the people sent the money via paypal and they are still accepting payments so I guess at this point the more the merrier. I/m just going to stop running items until I get it straightened out/At any rate any futher info will be appreciated

stoney OMG wonderful news I just got off the phone with my friend Ellen it seems she has just been appointed to the comsumer fraud division yipeeeeeeee She has informed me that I didn;t have to send paypal anything they can not hold my funds, I have to call her at her office tomorrow to make it an "official call" I will let you know what happens she is going to be on it heavy for me all week Guess those cocktail parties have paid off hehehehe

Looks like their gone for now. Probably to a payponzi ego refreshment course. Oh well they will see what a dead horse is. What they don't realize is that payponzi is spending their money keeping lawyers working. They paid 338,000 on me. They might have ruined my credit but I'd like to see them try to collect it. It will cost them another half a million.
