Yes I have lost $1,000 on my eBay autions cause my vendio pictures sre not showing up. They were there then dissapeared. I have had this happen in the past but not for this long and not when my auctions were ending. I either need to be compisated or change my hosting service. Been with them a long time and this is not the first time this has happeded.

My pictures are not showing up either in JAPAN! This is very useless damage for me!!
Vendio had a similar problem in the past.
This trouble often occurs when HP is renewed. They should work more carefully!!

No wonder nothing sold and I had items up that usually sell. I even got an email from a possible buyer about no pictures.

It really costs very little to have your own domain name and to host your own pics. I pay $3.99 per month for hosting with GoDaddy. I've never gone done. Well, once I did and that was my own fault for changing a setting I should not have. I called them up and within 5 minutes all was well.

Startaki - what do you mean by "this often happens when HP is renewed"? What is HP?

why are they able to email us to let us know our invoice is coming yet they can't be gracious enough to let us know that there is a problem or as an honorable company would do, email an apology. Never a refund or a credit, that would be insane to consider in their opinion

I got messages from ebay that my gallery pictures are not showing up, but when I try to revise the auction, the pictures show up there. I am baffled. Susan

wow...i'm honestly surprised, that over on the vendio services forum, they didn't say SOMETHING to all you vendio/ebay-sellers after that long outage. mum's the word i guess.

You'd THINK so, wouldn't you? Many of us lost $ from the outage which couldn't have come at a worse time for me. Vendio must be taking lessons from Ebay CS. Rudeness must be contagious in San Jose.

no apology, no email about it and the worst, if we need live help via the phone we need to pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service was awesome when the service was free now it is greedy and some emails are nasty and pass the buck
