While waiting for UPS I decided to play digital plastic surgeon...
I was going to iron the shirt too but you don't seem the neat and tidy type.

Mike - Thanks. I use Photoshop. I used to do some part time work for a photolab doing repair. I was the one that had to cover their rears when they tore someones negs.
The fun jobs though were taking the family portraits and having everyone looking at the camera and smiling... generally meant taking heads from 4 or five different pics and attaching them to the bodies in a 6th. The funny parts were the grandparents that always wanted dark circles, crows feet, waddles, and the like removed... half the time they ended up looking younger than the parents.
