I bought a Compac Presario with 17 in screen, all of the goodies installed at an lien auction from a storage company. Paid $65.00 for itsold the computer for $150.00 & the monitor for $50.00. It cost over $1200.00 when purchased from Circuit City. Was used less than a year before being put in storage where it sat for 3 yrs. It wasn't as fast as my Gatewaym only had a speed of 500.
