VM, Yes! That machine=aires and inspecting=virgo thing! Before I started doing the inspecting I was a welder and did other machining jobs, running milling machines and doing deburring and using all kinds of tools! I do like machines and using them! The engineers let me test all their ideas to see how they would work and they called me "wonder hands" because of the things I could do with those machines! [ok, the rest of you, get your minds out of the gutter! LOL]I trained many people to do the work. Even after I became the inspector I trained people [mostly men!].Matter of fact, now that I think on it, I was always the one,on every job that trained people....hmmmm...something to ponder.
The one job I did like that was "womens" work was working for the HeadStart program when I was a senior in high school. I loved those little kids! They liked me well enough that the head of the local program wanted to put me through college to become a real teacher for the Head Start organization. Of course, being 17 at the time I didn't take them up on it as I thought I wanted to do something else. Would have been free college too! I guess I must have liked that job because of the teaching aspect.
I have to admit I miss the pats on the back and the feeling of independence I got from working. Now it is just a slurp on the hand from the dogs or a head butt on the leg from the cats.

Okay, here is more rawbunzel.
Regarding your relationship, both of you have Saturn T your VENUS coming up.
First thing to know is that this traditionally is a time when people (Saturn) "work" on their relationship and it leads to a RE-commitment as opposed to a separation. Exception, like I wrote to somebody else is when the relationship is truly unworkable and has outlived all usefulness in which case it will a Saturn transit will end the partnership.
Now, remember Saturn the THE planet of fear and so this is why you are scared of "either" scenario.. akin to fear of success OR failure. Ask any Capricorn, they will tell you all about it.
Another thing, I am sure you are correct about the desire for freedom kicking up in a big way if you are back at work. It only makes sense that if you wake up Jupiter he is going to want to run UNRESTRAINED and Aries (ME! not we). This besides your general freedom urges in relationship as it is.
If this becomes your choice (independence) then one thing is for sure. You will not be able to go off half cocked (like Aries likes too) and leave the relationship. Saturn will not allow that - you will have to make a mature decision which is a good thing - because you will be doing the right thing and you will know it.
That said, if you do divorce, do not be surprised if he is still your best friend and you like his company better than anyone elses, *especially* when you leave the court house with the paper...
It is a pain, isn't it?
There is another scenario too - the one where the two of you re-work your relationship in order to make it meet your needs better, the result being that it becomes stronger. This is at least something to consider - understanding that tearing up the marriage certificate may allow you to both feel more committed.
The true KEY here is the idea of freedom through commitment, because like Janis says "Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose.."

Saturn transit to Venus..
(general - not to rawpunzel)
If you are trying to hold on to a unworkable relationship because you are afraid - it is a safe bet the thing will end and you will be forced to face your fear.
If you are trying to leave a perfectly good relationship because you are immature - you will be forced to stay and grow up around and about the partner
If you want to leave a relationship and you put an honest effort into getting your need met but it is not possible for whatever reason, you will be able to leave - will the backing of the universe - head held high, and knowing you are doing the right thing.

Aries / Mars - fire (welding!), hot, machinery, cars, especially fast or muscle cars, action, war, police, military, CARDINAL, metal, fight, blood, blood red (like the little Aries Moon gal writing in red yesterday), hot blood, male, weapons, the head.
rawbunzel - working in a warehouse is Virgo primarily, it is an organization thing. Forkifts are Aries.

VeryModern, it might be that the number of pages listed across the top of the board is extending off your screen to the right. You mentioned being on a 17" monitor, so if you have your screen resolution set fairly low (big letters and numbers), the width of the window exceeds the width of your screen and you have to scroll.
If that's the case, the only way to fix it is to start another thread. (ack)

Yes, there is. These instructions assume you are running Windows 95 or 98.
Look at the lower right corner of your taskbar - near where the time and date are displayed. If there is a little computer monitor displayed, right-click on it and you will get a window with a long list of display options. There will probably be a check mark next to 640 x 480 or something similar; you need to check 1024x768. You may need to restart the computer before the new settings take place. And things will look weird for a little while until you get used to the new setting.

Good evening VeryModern.Go to View at the top of the page and click on fonts. To make it smaller or larger print.

No, junquemama, that's a good idea, and a simple one I didn't think of! VM, try that first and then change the screen resolution if it doesn't work.

Well holy cow - look what computers can do!
Thanks Silk Moth and Junque.
I used both recommendations, and they both worked, but the type is so small I have a splitting headache to try to read.
I also still have to scroll.
I must be blind, and have had the fonts HUGE.
Before the adjustment, I had to scroll 5", now it is about 1" but I can't read it anyway, soooo...

VeryModern,When you post,And then go back to the thread,Do you go back to #23 listing or to the 1st?Do you see the whole page? 1 thru
23 listings?You sound squeezed in.

Wellll... why not set your display back the way it was and start a Part II thread.
Each of us is responsible for looking up what you wrote about us earlier, and if warranted, cut and paste into the new thread so you don't have to re-write anything.
For instance, you wrote four or five messages about my chart. If I cut and paste, I can put them all into one message so as to conserve space. Then you could reply to a new question without having to go back to the old thread.
Plus you could read without a headache.
Sound reasonable?

junque - any and every page I go to is run off on the right - the page numbers seem to be the problem just like Silk Moth described. 1(new)2(new)3(new).. and it just runs off the edge and takes everything with it.
On the posts, there is a huge margin on the left - wasted space. Like 4 or 5 inches, and it it run off on the right, same ammount. I have a new font now too - this is like being drunk against your will.
I do not want to sound whiney, but of course I cannot help it because I feel whiney.
I will take a break and come back when I am done pouting and what not.

OK,When you get thru pouting,Lets try again.
Somehow,Your side to side screen is off to one side.I have a wheel under my moniter,And can control the screen placement.Check any buttons,On the moniter.Or take the mouse and use the arrow <-> to try and drag it back.
You can't fool me,You went to get in the ice cream. The Leo Venus told you it would make you feel better.

Hi VM
I think the (new) is the problem, having to do with cookies or how you log on to AW.
I have a shortcut on the desktop for Ebay Outlook and I don't delete the AW cookie… I never get the (new) (new) if I go back to a thread after having read it. Not sure exactly but that may be the problem?
