Hey - they were up for about 10 minutes and then they went down again. At this rate, they can do that all night and never have to extend or pay refunds.

They said it was only supposed to be for ten minutes but even so they made a decision to deliberately screw every seller who had auctions ending in that period. And during the busiest auction-ending time of the week!
what kind of business would deliberately screw any of its customers?
