No. If I did, my home insurance rate would go up and I would have to pay excess tax. Sure I probably could without these entities knowledge, but I think it would catch up to me. Therefore, no pick-ups.

I would deliver under certain circumstances, though without charge. Would I charge for delivery depending on the conditions and mileage etc.
