I never said she did a good job. I was touched by what she did though and I still think the neutral was wrong. Don't forget, she didn't receive the "rant" letter that would have warned her of the consequences of improper packing. I could see a neutral if she just threw the book in a bag and sent it on it's way. The point is she thought she did a good job & for that she deserves a positive feedback. To teach her a lesson with public feedback was wrong. The buyer should have emailed her privately and given her some friendly tips on how to pack & mail books and thank her for her very thoughtful thank you note.
