An auction customer e-mailed me the following: "I went to check out by paying with paypal. When I got there it is telling me a different total. $14.05 and $8.85 for S&H for a total of $22.90. Your invoice said $12.75, $5.90 for S&H, and $1.30 for insurance for a total of $19.95."

I clicked on the same PayPal link supplied to my customer at the end of the checkout and it took me to PayPal and showed that the auction closed for $14.05 (when it really closed for $12.75). It sure made AuctionWatch and PayPal both look bad.

What is the problem? Why is PayPal being sent the wrong information from my customer's checkout confirmation page?

I don't see thchaser200 reply. What's up?

I now have a second customer with the same Incorrect Total problem with PayPal:

"I tried paying via paypal, but the shipping total keeps on coming up too high. I'll try after work. thanks."

I don't know why PayPal has the wrong S&H and is giving the wrong total to my customers, when My AuctionWatch total is correct?
