I have no account with payy pal and do not accept pay pal payments on my auctions . I state this in my description and I would not ever use your service. I do not have any trust in a co. that will not let you know the user agreement until you sign up or allow you to email any questions until you are a member. I get emails regularly from paypal saying I have cash and I need to sign up to receive it. I will not sign up and I am really tired of explaining to my customers why I will not accept payments from your service. Who gives you permission to accept payments on my behalf? I certainly do not. I want my email address taken off your service. I changed my email at ebay a while back and I am receiving payment notices on an email I do not use anymore. I want this stopped immediately. I want to know the legal facts on you doing this and how to get it stopped. I want answers soon. I signed up one time to see what you had to offer and immediatley canceled my acct after seing the way you conduct bussiness. I have tried to email with questions only to get a auto reply saying I had to be a member to get answers. I am sorry but I want facts before I will do bussiness with anyone. If pay pal is so great why do you hide behind your user agreement. Not letting it be read or answer any questions until a person has signed up and agreed to your terms before being able to read it. I want all payments accepted in my name stopped or I will see if there is legal recourse for me to use against this. SInce I am not a member your user agreenment you hide behind does not pertain to me.
good day

I'm not sure I understand why you think you have to sign up to see the user agreement. You can go to www.paypal.com and click on the user agreement at the bottom of the page. Here it is if you want to look at it. user agreement

You don't have to accept the payments, the buyer can cancel them, the buyer is told when they send them that you don't have an account. There are over a dozen such services that operate in a similar manner.
