I have beeen trying to access PP all morning to send a few invoices. Keeps coming up 'try later'. Any idea when it's gonna be fixed?

People wanna pay, & I like to get paid!

Geez, now I am answering myself- the message changed to - it will be available 9:30 PDT. Now it says site maintanance.
