PAYPAL WARNING!
Be careful doing business with PayPal.
This is my real life case. Please don’t allow it to happen to you. I do know that many similar cases are happening right now.

Are you aware that, under a “customer protection” policy, PayPal is freezing without notice accounts of people that are do legal business with your customers?
For them, any consultation of your account done in any country outside the US is considered “improper use” and is subject to the freezing of the funds.

Obviously, I did start a complaint against this action. A complaint resolution was issued according to the Better Business Bureau policies. As a result a 90 day waiting period was established to allow PayPal to protect itself against any buyers’ complaints and chargebacks.
At the end of this period, PayPal had to send me the money to my account registered address.

100 days have passed by, and after sending them several e-mails and faxes, I did receive an answer stating that my funds will not be released because of improper use of my account.

Don’t fool ourselves, they are not interested in solving this matter, they see that the latinos are not worthy of being customers. Specially the Mexican and Latino communities, since they place an emphasis in the origin of their customers in all their responses.

If there is someone out there with a similar situation, or do know any lawyer in the state of Texas capable of positively solving this matter. Feel free to contact me at my e-mail : [email protected]

thanks

Mexico and several South American countries are approved for service.

Did you try to access your account from a country not approved?

elena;

What do you mean by "they place an emphasis in the origin of their customers in all their responses"?

Best of luck to you. Dealing with PayPal, you're going to need it! (Well, luck and a good media contact, if you have one).

Elena, I do not understand your exact problem but it was said someone tried to log onto my account from Turkey I got my funds in 2 weeks from paypal. File a complaint with the FBI and call your state attorneys office and try to speak with someone in the consumer fraud department. I know our states (TENNESSEE) Attorneys personally, she is a customer.Hope that will help

One thing is for sure, you will have to solve the problem yourself as PrayPal will do nothing to help you. They are too busy trying to wade through the thousands of complaints they recieve everyday. How do they remain in business?

Payponzi might be in America but they are UnAmerican.
Paypal has now taken to threatening our right to freedom of speach.
Read how their lawyers threaten others that express themselves. I do
not own this site, but I will vigorously support it. Please take the
few minutes to go to this link and read about paypal's tactics. We are joining forces and you can help. Join us.

the amount of hits they get alone tells you there is a large problem.....

whether some old army fart wants to recognize it or not is a different story but the statics speak for themselves.

i find some old army types are soo stubborn but they are the best because you get a real kick out of reading / watching what they say / do.

LMAO for a long time now reading these boards

Coonr: What is the significance of them being accused? Meaning there has no ruling by anyone that they did anything wrong. I live in the United States of America.

You will have to ask Stoney. He is the one that has been making wild accusations about that.

Meaning there has no ruling by anyone that they did anything wrong. I live in the United States of America.

Hold on to that thought. You gonna need it again.

My advice is don't wait for anything. Get your story straight and then hit them hard. Talk to the people who get paid to care. Write the media, write your congressman (make sure to include signed permission for them to investigate the matter on your behalf). If its a sizeable amount of money make sure to use what ever assets that you have in your letter, if you have a medical condition use that, Christmas comming, use that. Emotion inspires, shed a tear for some cameras. Use the leftist media, they love a cause. Think like a lawyer and argue your case. They want to beat you with the fine print, do the same to them but don't waste time talking arguing or threatening.
Don't be stressed and don't deal on their terms or you will lose. Look at it with a practical eye, even if you were partially at fault they also were partially at fault and are trying to stick you with the whole thing. Most of all have fun!
