Here is an article from Ralph Nader's Public Citizen group on why arbitration is a huge scam to deter consumers from suing companies and make arbitrators a lot of money
For those of you who may not understand, the quotes in the beginning are being mocked by the article...

Companies like PrayPal are scared to go to court. Hell the judge might have been screwed over using their service kinda like I was. I'm sure a good amount of the U.S. population has got the shaft from PrayPal.

Guys if you want to read some really disturbing facts about arbitration read this file. You will have to join the group to read it. It's free but you'll be amazed how you are suckered into giving up your rights.
