Okay, now I know which order we are talking about. I paid with a credit card, and the charges appeared on my credit card account. When the bill arrived, I contacted the credit card company, and told them I had not recieved the product. They then issued a credit to my account, and a chargeback to
paypal. Later the cigarettes arrived, and I called the credit card company and advised them. They then put the charge back on my account, and when their bill arrived, I paid it. Therefore, as far as I am concerned, the
cigarettes are paid for. The problem seems to be between you Paypal, and the credit
card company!
I do see the chargeback appearing from the transaction. However, I don't see anything indicating the the chargeback was taken back. This is an issue the buyer needs to resolve, as nothing come from the card issuer stating that it is no longer valid.

Dear Paypaldamon,
Please read this case carefully. The buyer states very clearly that he notified his creditcard company to reverse the chargeback. He was rebilled, therefor it is obvious that Paypal got the money back. Once again I request to have me reimbursed asap.
