Sending money where it shouldn't be going

Paypal is a hotbed for illegal online gaming activity. A list of casino's that accept Paypal can be found all over the internet. These casinos are based overseas to get around US online gaming laws. Paypal can be used to send money to these online casinos. These are the same casinos that many banks block their credit cards from.

Much of the online fraud in the Paypal system comes from illegal online gaming. These are casinos that accept Paypal and are based in countries such as Antigua and Barbuda, China, Zambia, and Belize (a hotbed for International crime). Clearly, it is easy to launder money through these online casinos. One can only imagine where the money goes from there.

Remember, many credit card issuers will block their cards from being used at these types of online casinos. Paypal does not. This is probably responsible for much of the fraud in the Paypal network.

Theres no telling. I'm sure its the last thing on PayPal's mind though. It's their corporate mentality (just make money, don't worry about anything else). Although its kind of hard to make money when you're pissing off all your customers.

Do you have permission from the copyright holder to post their article here and on eBay? If not you may be in danger of having your auctionwatch account termindated.

I see several people have responded to your post on eBay.

Club1man, your outrage would appear more sincere if you were to remove the casino banner links off your web page.

BTW, don't you broker eGold accounts? Can eGold accounts be used at on-line casinos?

Uaru 2 Thank you's One for viewing my web page and second for pointing out the casino banner. If you go back to it you'll see that I have pulled it. It was part of a swap program. Let me say that I have nothing against gambling, lord knows we do that everytime we wake up. I do mine where it is deamed legal. As far as e-gold is concerned it in it self is a gamble in that you are speculating on the gold market. It is also a way of paying for goods on the net. Their method is safe and secure. You as a buyer must have gold in your account,as a seller you must have an account. Once a transaction is made it is done period. Fill out a simple form and your money or physical gold is sent to you. As far as them supporting casino's I am not aware of that. My businesses are many and I do try my darndest to make sure the are not either scams or illegal. I do work closely with the treasury dept. and the FBI when I find a problem. I look forward to you viewing my pages in the future and your comments as well.
Sincerely, Stoney

Hmmmmm

Looks like someone is a little touchy. I am surprised AuctionWatch allows this thread to remain. It would have been gone in snap in the days fo the moderators.

I guess you call it freedom of speach, as long as it doesn't get out of hand.

Coonr,

Just curious, why do you think club1man is the same poster over at EBay? Think it is some type of conspiracy or something?

The poster at EBay has been posting the same problem repeatedly for the last few months, and you have been responding to them. The poster at EBay has a very different problem than what Stoney had.

club1man -

If I may try to clear part of this up; Just from re-reading the posts in sequence - I think coonr made a comment to dealerjim's original post (in this thread) and pez1960 thought the comment was to you (and posted a question to coonr about it).

I could be wrong, but that's what it looks like from here.

Thanks Itlcrafty I guess I just didn't understand. I haven't posted on ebay because I don't sell there. My reason for posting here is so people won't have what happened to me happen to them. This stuff with me has been going on for over a year now.

Ya Jim they support gambling sites that are linked to countries on thier "NO" list and they readily make tons of money supporting pedoplilia and the sick fetishes of those who join porn sites. But I guess that's alright since one of their top exec. founded a "dating" service on the net. Kinda shows what GUTTER their mind is in.

At least they make you go through an age verification process. PrayPal will let any idiot with a credit card gamble, buy porn, child pornography or drugs regardless of age. They are down right Un-American.
