My accounts have been frozen for over three weeks, I have faxed all the requested info in 3 times, and no one will talk to me to remove the restrictions. I found a direct fax number via a very sympathetic customer service representative and he actually put my fax on the desk of my appeals reviewer, and the jerk will still not talk to me. I got into a huge fight on the phone with the superviser Stephanie who is nothing short of rude and a moron, spouting out all this incorrect information without even LOOKING at the facts which I painstakingly researched, collected, and faxed (3 times)! I am lucky enough to have a friend who works at CBS, and we are going to Joel Grover, who does investigative reporting for Los Angeles, and has most of his reports covered nationally by 48 Hours, Investigative Reports on A & E, and other venues. I am also lodging complaints to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, the US FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSIONER, and the ATTORNEY GENERAL in Nebraska, California, and anywhere else they do business. I am going to take them to small claims court on every individual payment that has been frozen. I have lots of time. They picked the wrong person to screw.

You go man. If I can help you in any way don't hesitate to ask. Those morons will eventually get whats coming to them. Someone needs to do a tv show about them and how they instill a sense of protection into their members only to let them down. And maybe throw in a few recorded customer service calls to PayPal. The public needs to be informed about companies like PayPal.

Hi jadjem,

Can you please forward your account email address to me? I would like to have this escalated through account management.

Thank you for your patience.

Hi,

Someone from that department did try to contact you. I believe they left a voicemail with their contact information.

jadjem,

I figure that paypaldamon's only job is to answer all complaints on line with "let's all just stay calm, send all the information to me and I will make sure that the right people take all this information ...." blah blah blah! His job is really to make you look like you are a whiner who hasn't done anything and it is all really just one big misunderstanding and that if you had only followed the proper methods outlined on their website then everything will be all right. He hasn't helped anyone that I have seen on this website. He is just another song and dance man who tries to deflect allegations of misconduct on Paypal's part. Why don't they hire someone who actually tries to fix the problems with Paypal instead of having someone who's job it is to make excuses? WHY? Because it is a lot harder to actually fix something than to make excuses or to simply blame the customer.

I figure that paypaldamon is actually a whole bunch of guys sitting around in a room making up excuses because there are so many excuses to make that one man could never cover them all.

Hi gurista,

I am the only person that is active on the boards looking for customer issues. Your issue was a seller defrauded you. You took information from another web site with the assumption that our Buyer Complaint Process guaranteed the transaction against a bad seller (which changed in November of last year). While I certainly empathize with your problem with the seller, our Buyer Complaint Process does not guarantee recovery from a bad seller---we can't verify the items for sale listed at another venue.

I am here to make sure outstanding cs issues are closed. And that customers get directed to the proper department for help.

Customer service issues??? ROFLMAO!!!!

Damon, It seems as if you are the only one at PayPal who knows anything about customer service. You must be the babysitter in that department. I feel sorry for you as you have to try and fix thousands of ridiculous problems brought on by the other idiots there. You must be the only one there with a last name.

What PayPal did to us. Is your credit card or bank account safe?
<br />
Between the evening of the November 23, 2001 until November 24, 2001 a foreign organization was able to access our PayPal account and take $450.00. This was an unauthorized withdrawal. PayPal advertises that they insure all accounts from unauthorized use. This is a lie. When we attempted to file a claim, PayPal threatened to restrict our account. This could cost us up to $1500 in sales a month as half our customers use PayPal. PayPal has now restricted our account and continues without authorization to collect money from our buyers, even sending them notices to pay with PayPal. In the last three months PayPal has stolen over $2000 from our accounts. When contacted they say it was to pay gambling chips at casinos that take PayPal. This is a Church computer and is not used to Gamble. We investigated these Casinos and find they are located in South Africa and Cyprus, both areas tolerant of Terrorist organizations. In fact by a search on the internet, it appears PayPal is the largest money laundress for organized crime and pro-terriorist organizations that raise money with Gambling sites that are off-shore and not regulated. Most major credit cards will not allow use on these sites, so PayPal fraudulently shows the credit card usage is a PayPal payment rather than a gambling debt to the major credit card companies. http://paypal-casinos.com/ To see more PayPal lies and fraud, click the links below.

Hi,

Users that have issues with unauthorized account access have to:

a) report the issue
b) file a police report
c) sign an affidavit
d) possibly provide id to prove that they are who they say they are

Your friend is more than welcome to contact me about this, as I can work it through the fraud team.

The reason for these problems occurring? Users are not cautious about which sites they submit their password information to.
