How do I get some support on this when the email address is correct?

Hello Elliot,

As I explained to you earlier today via email, the reason you are getting this error is because you have not entered your full PayPal email address into your account. You have only entered the part of your email address that appears before the @ sign. In order to correct this, you also need to enter the information that appears after the @ sign as well. For example, if your email address is [email protected], you would need to enter "[email protected]" NOT just "vendio". You can correct this by going to "My Account" --> "Global Preferences". Scroll down to "Payment Types" and correct this information in the "ID" field.
