Please check--although I received the email saying a purchase was made and paid thru paypal, no payment has come thru paypal. ALso the customer was upset that vendio store checkout was so glitchy and that the payment via paypal was not seeming to work.
And right she was.
Please advise.

Hi,
Are you using the new PayPal merchant account? That may be why it isn't working. As you can see from my TWO other posts on this PayPal dicussion board, Vendio doesn't seem to be real interested in answering any questions about the new PayPal service and when/if they are going to intregrate it. Good luck with your problem and I hope you get a better response than I have gotten.
