Hi Liveinjeans,
I just checked your post sale, and it appears that the 'send "Payment Received" emali to buyers' option is selected when you choose your items and hit the 'paid' icon with the checkmark in it. It should work from any area in post sale. Is this happening to all of your items or to just some of them?

It's marked PAID, because I manually do it.
When I sent a notice that I have received payment, it NEVER marks it automatically any longer...it used to.
If you get another one that doesn't have the checkmark in 'send payment received notification' -- don't mark it paid yet. Let us know the item number and that it's there, and when you attempt to mark it paid the checkmark is not appearing. We will then go to your account and check the item.
