I have tried numerous times to upgrade to Sales Manager Pro 4.2 from 4.1 and it fails to upgrade. I reboot and sync and its still at 4.1 and I keep getting the upgrade to 4.2 message. Can you help. I had no problem upgrading on my laptop running 98se, but my desktop running ME will not work. Can you help?

Hi Urchling,
Since you continue to have trouble updating via update, try downloading the program in full from the site. You will find a link to the download through the Seller Toolkit link in Sales Manager. If you continue to get the same errors, let us know how much RAM you have as well.
