The delivery time is stated on www.sendcigarettes.com as follows:
Economy Air Mail: 14-60 days
Priority Air Mail: 8-28 days
These guys prefer to underpromise and overdeliver. I ordered once by Priority and got the parcel within 4 days!!! That's pretty good for crossing the Atlanctic. Wisconsin is far away from Switzerland... However, another time I ordered by Economy and it took 9 weeks! Priority Air Mail is a very reasonable service. It is USD3.50 per parcel. Think of it: couriers like Fedex, UPS, TNT... charge USD100 for international mailings. For the most part they are not faster than Swiss Post. In fact Swiss Post charges USD4.50. I know it from Heidi - their good sole. So Sendcigarettes.com basically discounts all Priority orders by 1 Dollar. Their registration process is pretty hard but at least you feel they are serious. Other swiss sites make big promises but they can not keep up with it. The delivery is an issue of Swiss Post and USPS...God, make sure your mailings do not get stolen...
