Does anyone know where I can find loose Austrian rhinestones, or any rhinestones at wholesale or below prices. The "wholesale" prices I have found so far are higher than people on ebay are selling them. Where do they get theirs!?!?! Any idea would be very much appreciated.

Are you looking for Swarovski beads or set-in rhinestones? The best deal I found for beads is at Halstead Beads. The best deal I found for set-in rhinestones is at Rio Grande. Their addresses are:

Both are wholesalers. Rio Grande doesn't have a minimum order, but Halstead has a $100. min. But Tom Halstead is great to work with. Quick and professional.
