Does anyone know what the top 10 best selling items and/or categories are on eBay?

Post this question over on eBay Outlook forum here at AW and I bet someone there can easily answer your question.

There are a lot of users there that do not come over to this area, so posting it there will give your question much more exposure. Good luck!
