This fellow Spencer Abraham, the nominee to head the Department of Energy, is a guy who's spent a good portion of his time trying to have that department abolished. Isn't that strange?
Do you think that GW is even aware of that seemingly salient fact? I doubt it, but the major oil companies know it, and does anyone really doubt that they are making Bush's decisions for him?
