I guess Nostrodamus didn't know the Millenium doesn't start til Jan 01,2001.

Could really mess up your predictions if your hour glass is off by a year

This is commonly interpreted to mean "approaching" the millenium... or month 12 as we come to the millenium year. That would make it December of 2000.
