Not only is Sam returning for the finale but so is Nancy the National security advisor, Ainslee, Joey Lucas, Bob Russell, John Hoynes, and Elizabeth Bartlett.
Notice who is missing? I have not seen anything about Zoey (Elisabeth Moss - now on Invasion and annoying asprin commercials).
And alas - there will be no return from Mandyville.
New episode airs on the 12th.
