Happy New Year all of you!

Just got back from a full day at the outlet mall up north. I hate shopping, but ended up with a jeep full!! for less than $300
(we're talking 10 pairs of pants, a dozen shirts and sweaters and of course LILY clothes from Carters )

But in the middle of shopping went over to the Tulalip Casino. First half hour I won $700 on the $100 I put in, then went back to the outlet mall
The story there is my good friend is a beader, she made me a rose quartz necklace with the diamond, heart, club and the spade.
She told me only wear it at the casino. I did wear it today, it may be the reason!

But to everyone Happy New Year!!!

I'm hitting the Irish Whiskey and we are playing Scene It

Have a great one everyone!!

Happy New Year to you, too, Near. Didn't do anything too exciting here. I've had Tiffany all night and we played games and watched videos. Ken is out playing in the band and my son is out as well. It's been just us girls. Tiff brought over Madagascar. Funny, funny movie!

Congrats on your winnings. Not a bad way to start the new year.

I hope 2006 will be a lot better than 2005. I had two many friends and family that had health issues in 2005 and I praying 2006 will be a lot better for them.

Cheryl, has there been any improvement in Ryan's condition?

Happy New Year, Near!

Looks like everybody's still sacked out around here...built a big bonfire last night outside but went to bed around 11 and left the young'uns to their own merry making...I long ago decided that it's pretty stupid to start the first day of the year feeling like you've been hit by a train. I just came in from a cold sunrise ride around the place to make sure none of the local hooligans left any gates open last night in their pursuit of places to boondock.

Irish Whiskey....Bushmill's Black Label, m-m-m-m-m!

Happy New Year Everyone! We started early and watched "The 40 Year Old Virgin". Then we went to our friends' restaraunt for supper. Mark had the crab-filled salmon with alfredo and I had the prime rib. We visited for an hour, then went to another friend's club for an hour or so. We usually try to stay home, but the past few years have relented. We were home before midnight and rung in the new year with Dick Clark.

Although there are set-backs once in a while (like infections), Ryan is doing great. You should have seen him on Christmas. He's walking very well and jabbering up a storm. He just had his 2md birthday. Developmentally he's behind because of his treatments, but I have no doubt he'll catch up quickly. His treatments are down to once a week. Three more years to go.

Thank you NearTheSea....and back to you and yours.

-------------------

I'm pleased as punch this first day of the New Year. Went out to breakfast with some friends, did a couple of errands in town. It's so nice here, for Dec/Jan that I road home along all the country roads with my top down. Wind blowing my hair, fresh air feeling so good against my body. Wow....what a wonderful day it is. GREAT way to begin a new year.

Happy New Year!!!!

Best wishes for a happy and productive year to everyone! Even to Bush because we can't afford another miserable year!
