I don't even know why I am posting the question, because anybody with any common sense knows it is the Butter-Side Ups that are right.

Butter-Side Downs tend to be less intelligent, and try to push their beliefs down everyone's throat.

They always think they know best, and have a mandate directly from the knife.

Butter-Side Ups, on the other hand, are more inclusive and appreciative of the viewpoint of others.

Except of course when they're wrong...

I think Classic likes his bottom side buttered an awful lot. That was how he was able to turn on all the men of San Fran

You should ask Colin just to make sure, because he is the director for his version of "Brokeback Mountain". The director needs to make sure all the actors are lubed and ready to go.

Absolute faith has been shown, consistently, to breed intolerance. And intolerance, history teaches us, again and again, begets violence.

The duty of a patriot in this time and place is to ask questions, to demand answers, to understand where our nation is headed and why. If the answers you get do not suit you, or if they frighten you, or if they anger you, it is your duty as a patriot to dissent. Freedom does not begin with blind acceptance and with a flag. Freedom begins when you say 'No.'

Let me be the first to say, this is a stupid analogy.

I understand what you're saying, but you are scientifically on the wrong side. It has been statistically proven that falling bread WILL land butter-side down significantly more often than butter-side up. It's most likely due to the weight and mass distribution of the butter. Not only is this common sense, but it's been proven in several ivy-league studies (yes, really- they have nothing better to do).

Therefore, the butter-side down people are right more than wrong. Pessimism pays, at least statisticially.

you will have to be more specific, what kind of butter are we talking about?
Now for me,I dont use butter and I shun margarine,I used cream made of olive oil,it tastes better than butter butter and is healthier too.
By the way,if you are generalising butter butter, say it aint so,it could be mutton butter!
We the ALLAH NATION awaits your reply!

But if you are using light butter or margarine, will it still be butter-side down?

No that only proves the butter-side-down people are those who are the first to roll over and get down and dirty.

Why lube it, if you don't position it right?
