I am getting more and more customers getting confused at the auction end. They've been requesting that I send them an invoice. They get my Vendio email which says when they click the link....

Not quite sure what I can do to help my customers.

Why not just turn that email off. That way all they get is the invoice from ebay. You can send them a second one if you want.

I don't think you can turn off ebay's email. I was talking about Vendio. I think that is what is confusing onceoza's customers

Yes, turn off the Vendio WBN in your profile for eBay auctions. Vendio can help you turn it off for all of your active items, but you will have to manually uncheck the send WBN box on relists and profile items.
