I'm currently set at a 3 day return policy.
I'm trying to find out where I go change it to 14 days.
I've looked and looked but all I see is in the listing itself (everytime). Surely if I have it set for 3 days now there must be a place to change the setting.
I don't use Vendio for the ID I need to change.

The seller may specify no return but if you click on Ebay buyer protection,it will say if the item is not as described, you can still return it.

Even with Ebay's buyer protection, you can do NO RETURNS to discourage that person who wants to return it because they changed their mind or found a better deal.
To me, that is a better alternative since there will be no discount if you do not specify at least 14 days & 1 day shipping.

hwahwa, you are right, if they are clever enough, they will find a way to return it, but we do not have to make it convenient for them. I have changed my return policy to specify that returns will only be accepted if item is NOT as described. I am sure if there is a way, someone will find a way to circumvent this, but if you remember my COACH purse disaster where the buyer removed the tag, the rep from Ebay told my return policy was too lenient and since I did not specify my TOS, that was why they were siding with the buyer. Now, it is spelled out and I have not have any requests for returns. I know people can figure out ways around it, but they haven't tried.
