(if you're using Firefox and Adblock you won't see it.)
Right click on the sticker and copy & paste Image PROPERTIES LOCATION on the pop up....not the Link Properties.
OR the second line of the COPY THESE LINES OF HTML
<img src="http://banners.wunderground.com/weathersticker/gizmotimetempbig_metric/language/www/US/FL/Panama_City_Beach.gif" border=0
You would copy and paste the parts between the ""'s and leave everything else out.

okay, I cheated for my second attempt.
I copy/pasted glassgrl's url and changed her city to mine
so since I'm feeling pretty stupid anyway right now...
can anyone tell me why glassgrl's time is an hour different than mine when we are both in the same time zone and state?????

I have firefox and I see it with no problem. It's my adblock plus that when it is enabled it stops all blinking winking ads. I could add a filter and allow the wunderground thingy.
Your problem was you used an html link and not the .gif.
It has to look like this: (as zoomin said you can use your city in place of mine)
