Hi Everyone.
This week I had a delimal and contacted eBay through Live Help.
The story. I have not been selling for approximately 3 months. This week I started again, why I don't know. Saturday night I went into MY EBAY and found an auction that didn't belong to me. It was not on my auction page. It was a 24 hour auction that ran only during the weekend. I called eBay and they said go to live help.
I did. It was a great experience and had everything straightened out in 1/2 hour.
If anyone needs help that is the way to go.

They really jump into it if it is a Trust & Security issue - especially hijacked accounts. Otherwise, I haven't found them so helpful.

I'm glad it went well for you. Many people do not know that there is a different Live Chat for account takeovers. I have heard good things about it from other people too.
