As you might remember, I had 18 packages go on the missing list that were mailed between 12/13 and 12/28.
I refunded the guy who bought on 12/13 (item number 130162653202) and about a week later (1/7) the darn thing was delivered. Now, he won't respond to emails (at either of his addresses), phone is bogus. Sent an invoice and a paypal request but he's not going to pay. It's not that much but stupid ME!
SO, lesson learned: DO NOT REFUND for 30 days.
I still have 6 packages unaccounted for (mailed between 12/26 and 12/28). The ones mailed earlier in December started arriving 1/4-1/8.

Beth, you did the right thing. Don't kick yourself. If he'd been refunded as a result of winning a PayPal dispute, PayPal would not get you your money back either.

zippy2dah is correct. Report him.
I once had a bidder deadbeat on me for a $50.00 item. I noticed his telephone number and other info was incorrect. I reported him to eBay, and he was NARU'd.
