I don't know about anybody else but as a buyer I've tried to pay for 2 items within the last month with PP immediately after the auction ended.
When I went to PP it said that there was some kind of error and that I had already tried to pay for the auction item (NOT!).
The first time I blamed the seller's check out but since it happened again with NO check out it's obviously a PP problem.
If I toss my cookies and reboot and pay the next day instead then PP will accept the payment.
Just in case you have buyers that are complaining......

It takes forever for me to get into Paypal, I have DSL and that is the only site that is slow. I hope my buyers don't have that problem.

ah ha! this is only on firefox. I can log in with IE and pay and I don't get that screen. wonder what that's all about.
