I need to get the phone number from my buyer so the delivery company can arrange a delivery time for him. But since he made payment he has not responded to my requests for his phone number....what can I do? I can't ship the item out otherwise.

If this was an Ebay transaction, you can request the contact information from them for the buyer which would include their phone number.

If you check your eBay Item Sold email - it'll often have the buyer's telephone number listed below the Buyer's registered address...
