Received a pretty card in my snail mail today with the message "Received the wonderful knitting book in perfect order. Thank you for your care and professionalism". Across the other page is written "FEEDBACK". I always tell buyers to let me know that their package has arrived by leaving feedback etc. I guess she did just that. I think I am safe leaving feedback in return, but I'll do mine the other way!

roadsmith:Yes, I will explain to her how to leave it the easy way. She is an older lady, and sounds very sweet. Needless to say, she is a newbie. At least she "sent" feedback, unlike about 40% of my buyers.

That is so sweet. It's something like an old Victorian "Thank You" note. Wouldn't it be great if ebay really worked that way.
