Ok I've heard from my buyer from Bermuda. He says he can pay by credit card but not through PayPal (I know that for some reasons Bermudans are not able to use PayPal because I have had this problem before)or by " US$ bank
draft drawn on a NY bank". How safe is a bank draft and what should I do to protect myself? I just want to make sure it clears before I send the postcard and won't have problems later on.

If you are in NY, you could go to a branch office to cash the int'l M.O. YOu can call the bank to verify that it is good. IF there is a phone number on the check, don't call that one. Look it up yourself. Just in case it is a forgery
If you are selling to people outside the US, do you not spell out your TOS for international bidders inside your auction description? If not, you might want to start that with your next auction.
For international buyers, they can pay with an international money order drawn on an institution based in the US and in US dollars. There is a Citibank in Bermuda, try that or any other bank etc that is based here but has a presence there.

Good grief, why doesn't he just send you U.S. dollars in cash through the mail?
Bermudans are incredibly used to dealing with U.S. currency due to their geographical location and the fact that we help keep their economy afloat through tourism. One Bermuda dollar equals one U.S. dollar. All stores on Bermuda accept both U.S. and Bermudan currency. If you want U.S. dollars in change for your purchase, you just say so.

Yep, I've come across this problem before a few Xmas' ago and we finally settled on a transfer into my UK bank account (from their UK one) - the buyers were a delightful expat British couple. US cash is widely circulated and you could always have them deposit it direct to your Cayman retirement account...
