Check an item I relisted yesterday using title search and and the top it said "0 items found" Under that was a store item with same title and under that one was my auction item. Does this happen often?

Yes. The ebay search has been screwed for quite some time now. Of course they won't admit it. Since they started tinkering with the search and added Express it has been going down hill fast.
