filing an unpaid alert then proceeding to Mutually agreed upon to end transaction. I have file 2 in the last 2 days. I just checked my seller's account, guess what, no credit. I made sure before filing after reading(in help section) that I would receive credit upon filing mutual agreement. Has Ebay taken that credit reimbursement away also? Bummer.

As far as I know you should still receive credit. You really have to watch your eBay invoice. They've been screwing up big time. I'm beginning to wonder if they didn't hire a bunch of fresh out of college student and put them to work without training. That would explain the onslaught of "glitches" lately.

Did the buyer(s) respond to the "mutual agreement" option? I believe the affected other party has to verify that indeed the transaction was mutually cancelled OR you have to wait for seven days if the buyer does not respond. You should get credit.
