Under My Account in the left hand column, last link is to "Subscriptions" Click that then just click on Cancel Subscription.

I was working towards having everything together to open an ebay store. I am depressed. THey HAD a free month when you open a store but not any more!
i wouldn't let the lack of one free month of an eBay store deter me if i wanted one. cheer up. there is always time to be depressed later, when you encounter a few other problems at eBay, such as the present disastrous change in the search function
