I hope someone can help me! I have been trying all day to list some auctions using vendio. This a.m. I signed in & launched an auction using vendio for my husband. later I signed in to my account (succesfully) to list some auctions using vendio as well. Once I am ready to load pictures to my auction is tells me the file is empty (my husband doesn't have anything in files by that name) & it defaults to his account name at the top of the screen. I saved the auctions & they show in his pending file. I deleted my cookies & checked my filter - although it hasn't been touched & it is set at medium so that shouldn't be the trouble.

You have to log off of his account completely before you can log in to your account.

Thank you for responding.

I did log out & then sign in under mys id. It shows my name at the top of the page & as soon as I try to select pictures it reverts to his name at the top of the page. Every time I try to save the info it shows saved under his account.

Vendio told me to go in through Mozilla Firefox. I did that & it works. Still would like to know how to get it to work the other way.

I just tried to write up two auctions and my photos in Vendio wouldn't pull up into the auctions. Something's wrong somewhere; I think I'll give Vendio Image Hosting a chance to heal itself and try again later.

Sue...After you deleted the cookies, you should have rebooted the computer. There was still his account information in memory. It will eventually scroll out, but the quickest way is to reboot.

I had that problem the other day. Tried to pull up pictures for a new listing and Vendio told me my picture files were empty. I almost had a heart attack. I closed that page, started over and the pictures were back.
