You can use anyone you want for image hosting as long as the hosting service allows you to post the images to other sites.

At one time you use to be able to use it for Ebay images. It has been about 2 years since I was last there and they may have changed go read their user agreement. Maybe it is there so you will know.
I did use it for posting an image once and it was more difficult to use and If I am remembering right they limit the number you can post? If you want a free image host that is relatively easy to use try Photobucket dot com. Not sure of their limits but I have many images stored there and use them like boards etc. I use Vendio for all my auction images.
