Yes there was. In fact, there's another article about another large seller filing for Bankruptcy protection in the most recent AuctionBytes newsletter.

3,798 negative gb is nothing, check out this seller's FB. They boast of 560,000 + FB, but don't have much to say about their - stats other than "don't blame the platypus".
