Wouldn't want to give all my secrect's away for where I get all my junk but I find that regular oll auction houses are a great place. The best ones have two auctions a week. One on the weekend (over crowded and over priced) and one on the weekday during the day (almost no one there and prices at rock bottom). You might be supprised the bargin's you can pick up at a weekday day time auction. I've got a pole barn full of "junk" to prove it

You have that right, Mike! One of my sons and his wife are antique dealers/pickers in eastern Texas. They hit the weekday/night auctions and have made a good living at it. They have a nice shop not far from Tyler, and pick for other dealers as well. I wanted to go again, during the short time I was there, but my son said the weekend auctions were not worth the time and gas. (He took me to the Outback for dinner, to 'ease' my disappointment!)

There's another one that starts in Cincinnati and goes down into central kentucky sometime during the summer. I live just north of the I 275 loop so this one was a natural for me. I went to this sale last year and was like a kid in a candy store. If you're going to go to one of these mega sales be sure and take lots of cash and go with the intention of buying ONLY what you will resell and stick to that premise. I picked up enough jewelry during that sale alone to keep me busy for about 6 months and made quite a decent profit.
I'll let everyone know when this sale is about to happen so anyone in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area can be ready.
