Hi All,
Doesn't Ebay shut down a buyer if that buyer receives 3 negative feedback from 3 different sellers. I was under the impression that that is how their system works. Yes, NO?

Negs have nothing to do with suspension. There are sellers with hundreds of negs & are doing business. It takes 3 NPB to get Narued

Unfortunately, a lot of sellers don't know that either, and don't bother with the NPB process. I don't understand how a buyer with 3 negs for not paying from 3 different sellers isn't gone, because it means one of those sellers did not get their money back. Leaving negatives is kind of worthless for buyers, filing the NPB does do something.
And yes, they will come back...one of my good customers went through some tough times, got a bunch of negs and was NARU'd (a close relative was in an accident and died, it was legit for her not to follow through with some purchases for a period of time) - She did make good on my purchases, but just came back with a different ID. It's not too hard to do!
